MedicScience LifeCare Pvt.Ltd. has adopted a Code of Business Conduct & Ethics for Board Members and Senior Management, Enterprise-wide Risk Management Policy and has constituted a qualified and independent Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. It also has a formal statement of Board Charter that sets out the role, structure, responsibilities and operation of the Board of MedicScience and its delegation of authority.
